We are so happy we found Newlife.
Throughout the process, everyone was welcoming, understanding, and supportive. During an exceptionally emotional and often exhausting time, everyone at NewLife did everything they could to put our minds at ease.
They were thorough and worked with the information provided by our doctors in the US regarding pre-existing health conditions to make sure that we had the best outcome possible. Even with the delays and never-before-experienced issues arising out of the COVID pandemic, the staff kept our hopes up and did everything possible to keep us informed.
Throughout this process, Maroula was our primary contact and we are so grateful for her. She was absolutely amazing and speaking with her felt more like speaking with a friend than an employee of the office.
When I was finally able to travel to the office for my embryo transfer, I had travelled without my husband and again, everyone made me feel comfortable and at home. We never expected to achieve a pregnancy after the first embryo transfer, particularly with the stress of travelling during the pandemic and all the changes at home as a result of the virus. But we are pregnant and expecting our first child this spring!
