We had two big requirements when we were deciding on which clinic to use – good communication and the care taken when matching a donor. Our experience in the UK made us think this would not be possible, but New Life delivered over and above our expectations. From the first contact email, the responses from the whole team were quick and comprehensive, answering all the questions we had and explaining the details of the process. We were offered a free consultation with both Dr Dovas and Chrysa who clearly understood our situation and gave us confidence that our treatment plan would be appropriate. Our care from all the team, including our midwife/co-ordinator Katerina, has been exceptional, and we are overjoyed to now be 7 weeks pregnant. If you are wondering whether going abroad for treatment is worth the hassle, I would say definitely – it’s not a hassle when you realise the care you are getting and Thessaloniki is a lovely place to visit. I would 100% recommend NewLife, and we’ll be back one day for a sibling, God willing 😊
