From our first communication, they exceeded our expectations over and over again. You have a dedicated co-ordinator who knew our history and kept things consistent. Ermina was available out of hours and always on hand with kind reassurance and answers to any questions, she feels like a friend now! Everything is clear from the outset, no nasty hidden costs. The clinic is direct and won’t send you for unnecessary tests, which is our experience with other Greek clinics.
We had concerns about using a clinic abroad during a pandemic, but I can honestly say that I could contact Newlife easier than I ever could our UK clinic. Their care is compassionate, consistent, and they took all the stress and worry away, we trusted them explicitly and can’t thank them enough.
I am overjoyed to say that we are pregnant on our very first round with Newlife.
