We were overjoyed, recently, to welcome the arrival of our beautiful baby daughter, Indigo, whose birth was made possible thanks to the treatment we received at NewLife. Our entire experience of NewLife has been 100% positive, from the initial consultation via Zoom to the in-person appointments at the clinic. Before speaking to the team, we’d had the experience of several fertility clinics, and of all of them, NewLife were the most thorough, helpful, friendly and had time for all our questions.
After the initial consultation, they laid everything out in a detailed email, so we could reflect and come back with further questions. The team were always helpful and responsive, before and during our treatment, and considerate when dealing with any anxieties we had, and the many, many questions we asked them. The experience was the same when we travelled to Greece (from the UK) and met the team in person; we always felt we were in safe hands. On the few occasions that we had a difference of opinion over treatment, Newlife came back to us with thoughtful, considerate responses, and we felt that we worked collaboratively to consider our way forward.
The clinic itself is clean, and modern and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Having a dedicated International Patient Coordinator made the process of coordinating care from abroad much more seamless than you may imagine and we couldn’t be more grateful to all the Newlife team but especially Chrysa, Dr Dovas and Thaleia.
