This clinic is clearly run by people that care. I have and will recommend this team to all my friends and family. If you are deliberating going abroad to New Life over somewhere local for ease, I wholeheartedly recommend you do it. Within 6 months they have been successful and I am now pregnant after trying in the UK (medically) for over 5 years. The care taken professionally in regard to their clinical competency and attention to detail shows in that no detail is too small and taking the time to check is not seen as a cost. It is truly person-centred. Their (for lack of a better word) "human-ess" as in their empathy, kindness and warmth towards those in their care far surpasses what I have experienced in the UK. They are truly considerate and conscientious, they made me feel like my feelings mattered and that I as a person mattered. I had a dedicated Nurse and Doctor all the way through my treatment, who I could call or email at any time. The clinic answers the phone immediately during working hours, with no automated system. They were an absolute pleasure to communicate with. They are a first-class clinic and worth the time and travel.
