The personal experience of Charlotte & Leon from United Kingdom

We had been trying to conceive for over 5 years, but due to medical issues, it was never going to happen without help. Unfortunately, we couldn't get anywhere in the UK system. So, we decided to look abroad.
Newlife was recommended to us by a friend, and we're glad they did. From the start, the communication was clear, no question was too stupid, and we were made to feel like people, not numbers. The advice we received was always in our best interests. We were never forced or pushed to do anything, and there were no unnecessary tests pushed on us. The clinic was always clean, and the staff were always friendly and helpful no matter the time or whether it was on the phone, in person or via email.
Having medical treatments in another country is always a scary prospect, but Chrysa, Dr Dovas, our coordinator Thaleia and the team were on hand to support us and make sure that everything ran smoothly, and we were fully supported throughout.
Following our 2nd FET, we are currently 15 weeks +5 with our miracle baby. Thank you to all at Newlife. We wouldn't have gotten here without your help.
