The personal experience of a Couple from United Kingdom

After 5 failed cycles of IVF in the UK, Newlife came highly recommended by so many in the IVF community, and so we reached out to them to discuss donor egg conception. Me and my husband spoke with with the team at Newlife on a few occasions to discuss treatment options and answer the questions we had. This was such a huge step for us, I particularly had many worries running through my mind in which Newlife gave us the reassurance and answers I felt I needed to help us make an informed decision which was right for us. The main thing that lead us to Newlife was the matching process and the approach Newlife took to this, it felt more personal. The waiting times were significantly less than those in the UK and the success rates were much higher.

The communication has been seamless throughout. Treatment in Greece feels so much more relaxing and me and my husband equally felt we were consistently updated with progress and involved every step of the way.
After 4 years of infertility, 5 cycles of IVF, Newlife gave us our first positive pregnancy test. The aftercare has been incredible, the team are extremely supportive and reassuring which is so important when facing one of the most emotional challenges a couple can go through.

The compassion and care is second to none and they have given us a gift which at so many times previously we believed would never happen. We will be forever grateful to Ermina, Chrysa and the rest of the team for what they have done for us.
