From our very first video call to discuss treatment, it was evident that the Newlife team had read our notes and completely understood what we had already been through and what we needed. Chrysa and Dr Dovas made us feel at ease and answered all of our questions. We arranged our first visit over and also met Ermina, who was with us through the whole process and always happy to answer questions any time we needed.

Through the whole process, we were completely looked after and their treatment and care were second to non. Everything was explained to us clearly and choices given. We cannot thank them all enough for their advice, support and helping us to achieve what we only dreamed about.
