Our story at New Life IVF Greece

We contacted the clinic in 2025 for a first consultation. After going through four unsuccessful IVF attempts in our home country, and hearing great things about your clinic, we decided to book an appointment first with you. We arrived at your clinic feeling both emotionally and physically exhausted. However, from the very beginning, our experience was entirely different - and ultimately successful, as we achieved pregnancy on our very first attempt with your team.

We were deeply impressed by the level of care and communication throughout the entire process. From day one, we were supported by a coordinator who spoke our language, Elena Najdoska, which made a significant difference in how comfortable and confident we felt. Elena`s responsiveness and care for us was outstanding - every email we sent was answered promptly and thoroughly, leaving us feeling informed and supported at all times.

Our doctor, Dimitrios Dovas, approached our case with a high level of professionalism and individual attention. He took the time to carefully review all of our previous attempts, conducted his own thorough assessment, and recommended additional tests to better understand our situation. This personalized approach gave us confidence that we were finally receiving the care we truly needed. Also, you can really tell that this clinic invests a lot in their equipment, there was a big difference between what we were told in our country, and the details that our doctor could see and tell us because of the equipment at the clinic.

Another key difference was the way we were treated as patients. Every question we had, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant, our doctor answered with patience and understanding. After each appointment, we left feeling calm, reassured, and optimistic, which was something we had not experienced before.

One of the most remarkable differences was in the medical outcome itself. In our previous treatments, we were able to obtain a maximum of two blastocysts. At your clinic, we achieved an exceptional result of seven out of seven blastocysts, which was beyond anything we had experienced before and gave us renewed hope. This speaks strongly about the level of expertise of the embryologists and other experts involved, that work in this team.

We also greatly appreciated the post-transfer approach. It was not overly restrictive or invasive, with no unnecessary limitations. This made the entire journey much more manageable and less stressful.

Overall, it was clear to us that there were many thoughtful adjustments and improvements in the treatment process that ultimately contributed to our positive result, that were never done in our previous attempts.

This experience has been truly life-changing for us and we are deeply grateful to Elena and doctor Dovas, and the entire team at the clinic working on our case.
