The personal experience of a Couple from Germany

After a journey of over ten years, we finally become a family, due to your help!
Our experiences with your team concerning communication, knowledge, friendliness, and overall organization were perfect, indeed overwhelming.
We always felt safe and up to date with the whole procedure; honesty and medical accuracy were superb and far more than we expected. Our visits at your place were perfectly timed and organized, and in St. Lukes Hospital as well. All medical personnel were unbelievably professional, fast and friendly.
Especially, we would like to emphasize the encouragement to handle an egg donation openly for the child, let the child know about it in a fitting way as soon as possible and have the possibility for the child to contact the donor when grown up.
We are convinced that this is what`s best for all involved and guarantees the highest possible fairness and gratefulness towards the donor, as well as an atmosphere of honesty and normalcy for the child to grow up, to prevent disturbance and mistrust when it inevitably starts realizing the subtle „taboo“ atmosphere and thinking about some inconsistencies – at the latest, if others start asking questions.
